Yes it will because the great Apple gods have created a fix until iTunes 8 or similar comes around.

Yes, but since vista is still fairly new...some software may not be compatible with ITunes. You might want to way until the first service pack comes up and perhaps even a few months until the makers of ITunes make sure their software works with MS Vista.

Yes but be warned...

Your iPod won't work (it may even get corrupted)
Some Store purchases may not play under Vista
iTunes may crash while running under Vista

Supposedly this tool will fix those problems... http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/itunesrepairtoolforvista10.html but I don't promise it will.

Apple is working on the next version of iTunes to correct this problem but they are going to take their sweet time with it in order to sell more computers and copies of OSX.
