set specific goals. dont say i want to lose 37lbs by may 13, say "im gonna lose (x) amount of pounds each week" it will keep you more motivated and it will help you keep on track to get to your goal. good luck. im pullin for you

Try this: Fat Flush Diet Plan (it has different components to it)
I did the Fast Track Detox Diet (an 11 day detox with a 1 day fast involved) and lost 10 pounds in 11 days. Then, you move on to the Fat Flush "way of eating". It involves a serious change in diet that leads to a more healthy way of eating by cutting out sugars, salts, "bad fats" and grains, then slowly adding things back in to your diet once you reach a weight you would like to maintain. It really helped to get me back on track with healthy eating and once I lost the 10 pounds, I was motivated to start working out again. Check it out as an option. Again - it is a serious change, but one you can modify to fit your way of life once you get to a weight and health level you are happy with. Also, there is a lot of research that supports this, just as long as you listen to your body!

Mind you with that sort of deadline, it's not like you are going to be able to reach this easily.
Only suggestion I have is to look at that show the Loser. Filmed over a span of a couple months and they loose insane amount of weight...sensible diet, and exercising for hours....
My suggestion. (I don't do it, bc I try to have to done my diet in a slow way) but buy the South Beach Diet book. Do this diet, drink, green tea, and work out and hour and a half a day... focus on cardio, no weight training.

go to gym & use treadmill at least 2 hours a days (running & walking OK but don't walk only because will not burn your fat alot) & don't eat alot carb, replace with protein & drink alot water to digest the protein, because too much protein will not good either, hope will help
