Actually, tea is very good for your blood pressure and for relaxing. A great thing to do if your blood pressure or cholesterol is high taking warm water and a slice of lemon and put it in. Then put a tablespoon of sugar in to make it taste good. This helps you relax, lower your cholesterol, lower your blood pressure and is very good.

decaf, yes. but otherwise the only way it can be good for bp is if it helps u relax.
the best thing for high blood pressure is garlic...and LOTS of it, use it in ur cooking, make it a part of ur everyday diet..
even though it wont be easy on ur breath, it will help with high blood pressure.

Green tea has all kinds of good stuff in it I don't know why but it even gets rid of my headaches,so it probably helps with this too.

I think if you went herbal you would be okay. Tea is full of antioxidants. I definitely think it wouldn't hurt and it would keep you from drinking something else that was bad for you.
