well im painting my new room all grey except one wall going to paint it some dark red..which wall shall be red(bright clr)...the one infront of the window??..or the one behind the bed??

I would suggest the wall behind the bed, especially if you have a cool or decorative headboard.

Paint the wall where the door is. That way when you come into the room you think it is all grey at first and then once you are inside you see the wall with the door is a surprise.

Paint the wall behind the bed the brighter color if you want the bed to be the focal point of the room.

Either of two places.
1. The ceiling (that's the new thing now on these new decorating shows. It use to be popular to paint the ceiling white with all 4 walls the same color.
2. Where your headboard ls situated.

When you walk into the room, which is the first thing you see? Paint the wall that you see first red. This will be the focal point of your room.

i would paint which ever wall you want to be the main focus point of the room red. say if you have a tv or entertainment center and you want that to be the focal point paint that wall red. if it is your bed that is going to be the focal point paint that wall red. you get what im saying?
