I've never tried a shine serum before but on other girls it make their hair look very put together and shiny.
What is a good brand of shine serum preferably something i can get at a drugstore or walmart or target

you can't get a good serum at walmart or target!!! that stuff is crap, and don't listen to the multiple answers you will get that say frizz eaze-thpppp!!! you have to spend at least a little money to get something decent, don't cheap out on your permanent accessory. the BEST BEST serum is paul mitchell gloss drops-it rocks! and don't try and buy it from the grocery store, that stuff is fake and fallen off the back of a truck! these companies are trying so hard to get places like walmart to not get their (immitation or really old) products. **garunteed only when sold by a professional hairdresser** is what all the products say on the back : )

The absolute best is a product called Silk Drops by FX Special Effects. You can get it at any Walgreens, CVS, etc. Its the best! You'll love it!
