My boyfriend and i have been through so much and we are trying to fix our relationship. I went to my sisters for one night and he went out with his buddies drinking. I spoke with him several times and i havent heard from him since it has almost been 48 hours. He has not called or emailed me. What does that mean? Is he cheating on me or what else should i think?

Call him and ask him what's up, or better yet, go over to his place and find out face to face. Listen to your gut feeling, but don't mistake it for your own possible insecurities.

Those may or may not be signs of cheating. You haven't provided enough info to determine if he is cheating. Lets say that you guys are having problems and that there is no cheating involved. He may just need some time apart from you to think things over. Sometimes it does help relationships depending on the situation. Let him have his space and use this time for yourself as well. Think about what you want from your relationship. Ask him what he wants from the relationship and make it a pleasant conversation. Yelling and screaming and crying and not listening does not help when communicating.

LISTEN and do ask if he wants out. If he does, maybe if best for both of you. It would be time to move on.

Doesn't sound like he is much of a boyfriend. You might not want to hear this, but any guy who goes off drinking with his buddies and then doesn't contact you for two days, is not a guy in a true relationship. It sounds like you are the only one trying to fix things. It he really worth it? Why put yourself through so much hard work and emotional pain when there is a guy out there who is perfect for you. A guy who will love you and respect you. I never have figured out girls who will settle for being treated so crappy. I don't know you, but I can bet you deserve better!!!!

In my last relationship my boyfriend was pushing me away. I was the last to find out anything going on. He didn't communicate and really just kept me at arms length. Everyone told me he must be cheating because that's what happened to them when they weren't spending as much time with their significant other. I had all the signs and everything. But I also felt that I had a lot of trust in him and there's no way he'd cheat. He just wasn't the kind to do that.
In the end, it turned out he just wasn't that into me. I wasn't the right person for him and vice versa. It wasn't that he was cheating or even thinking about it. He just didn't care to be around me any more. He said he'd rather hang out with his buddies and there must be something wrong with him to rather want to be with them than with me. So we ended it.
I hope I didn't scare ya and make you sad. lol I just wanted to open your eyes that even though he's distancing himself from you.. it doesn't always mean cheating, but it doesn't always mean everything is all good either.

you know what i am in a similair situation, please feel free to read my last 4 post. My situation is worse then yours and it seem funny me telling you this. From exp I could say if you have to ask it then he probably is. Maybe he is not cheating but just dont want to be in the relationship anymore. There is but so much a person can take. And you have to decide as I did if you want this in your life. If you need a friend you can email me. good luck

Anythings possible. I would share your concern if I was in your shoes. Contact people that he deals with. Ask around if they have spoke to him lately. Veronica Mars, Nancy Drew time! Good Luck.

He probably was feeling a bit crowded and is really enjoying time to himself. If I were you I would just wait it out and have a serious talk with him to avoid overstepping the boundary to the point of crowding.

Maybe he's suffering from a bad hangover and doesn't wanna talk to anyone. Why don't YOU call HIM?

I say go over his house with food or something and ask him why he hasn't talked to you in two days.
