The world never be ready for Jesus. Jesus will take it by surprise. Sodom and Gomorah were not ready and people in Noah's time were not ready.

No the world is not ready, but Christ is coming. They weren't ready the first time and they will not be ready this time. When Jesus comes this time - He'll impress everyone.

Yes the world needs Jesus to return, and that right soon. I believe we are in the signs of the times as he predicted his return would be in the days as we see them before us today.
