Eating 1300 -1500 calories a day and exercising 800 calories/day off plus apple cider vinegar tabs with every meal. Will I drop the 30lbs by summer (15 weeks?)

Not really.

First of all, what are apple cider vinegar tabs, and why do you think they will help? They probably won't. I'm racking my brain for how apple cider vinegar *might* help, and I'm coming up short.

The major problem is your calorie ranges. I know that's the low end of my calorie range based on 2000 calorie per week burn. You are looking at almost 3 times that! You really need to eat more based on your anticipated exercise routine.

My other problem with your plan is that you are not being too realistic with it. That's a lot of time in the gym EVERY SINGLE DAY. Do you think you can keep it up? I'm worried that you are taking on too much too fast, and will be burned out. Start slowly with your exercise, and build up. If you do, say, 200 - 300 calories per workout, you will be more likely to stick with it, and your calorie intake will be closer to what it should be. You can always work up to 800 calories per day. You need to make long term changes to your habits, not quick fixes until the weight is gone.

Good luck... remember that it took longer than 15 weeks to put on the weight.

Lady you need to get your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) worked out. BMR gives a calculation of how much calories you need just to lie down all day. Than you got to work out the working and activity BMR. Than you would have to go 500 calories less from the results to lose about 5 pounds a week. It works with some people. It doesn't work for me but it does for some people. I eat when I feel hungry. Any how do not starve your self of food. Eat lots of fruits and adequate amount of water. BMR can be done at your local gym. You may also e-mail me for it but then I would need your age, height in cm and weight in kgs.
