Alot of things have gone wrong lately and i am very stressed out? I am only 15 so i need some help! Does anyone know of anyone i can talk to online about what i have been going through? If so please tell me! Give me there site or they can add me at msn with CottenCandyChick2007@hotmail.com or yahoo with mdaughter@sbcglobal.net ! Tell them to add and talk to me right away soon as possible! This is serious and NO JOKE!!!

Hopefully you will find a professional who will talk to you on line about this very soon.

As far as dealing with stress:

-Learn to meditate (it takes time, but practice makes perfect)
-Take out self-help books on stress from the library
-Be sure to get fresh air and exercise every day
-Eat as healthy a diet as you can
-Use LAVENDER aromatherapy (candles, incense, plug-ins, air freshener, shampoo, body wash--they even make detergent and comet with a lavender fragrance) Of course, don't use them all at once. Lavender is very relaxing--and has helped many people.
-Drink chamomile tea or Sleepytime Tea
-If you can't sleep, try the supplement Melatonin for sleep.
-If your nerves are on edge, try the supplement Valerian Root (don't use both valerian and melatonin)
-SleepyTime EXTRA tea with Valerian helps--and contains a lot less valerian than the supplements do.

If you want to email me, feel free to do so. I have been through a lot of problems, personally, and with my kids. Some problems are really best worked out with a therapist/counselor or MD, but some can be eased by the above methods.

Go to a group anger management coarse. you will talk to people that are dealing with stress and how to deal better with it. being 15 is not an easy period in life. look in the newspaper for free meetings and there should be health clinics in your area that can point you in the right direction or even a guidance counsellor. we are all different. and deal with thing differently good luck

If you are in crisis, go to a mental health professional. I'm sure your local yellow pages will have several listings. If not, start with your school nurse. This is nothinig to be ashamed of, although I understand the need for privacy. You need to act now, before your condition becomes even worse! GOOD LUCK!
P.S. I wouldn't sit around and wait for Jesus to save you. He gave you a brain to seek help too!

Please get on your knees and talk to God. He will help you. Ask Him to take control of your life. He knows you and loves you, so please talk to him. Give Him a chance and time and He will help.
Also talk to a friend, a parent or a grandparent.
