I keep hearing a beeping sound in my car everytime I start the car... It keeps beeping, what is it and where did it come from...PLEASE HELP!!!

Probably your seatbelt alarm. Next time you hear the beeping fasten your seatbelt and listen for it to stop.

check if any light is flashing on dashboard. if not bulb might be gone. check your brake fluid and coolant levels

Do you not have your seat belt on? It might be reminding you to put on your seat belt.
