but i have always wondered this. has anyone actually tried to see how many licks it takes to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop? and if so how many licks is it?

You can't because your lick is different than my lick, my tongue can be smaller or bigger than the person doing the test and then who decides when you bite into the tootsie roll?

I too have always tried, but I could never last to the very very end. I believe my last known was about 1500 licks.

i have tried and failed. i have a 10 second attention span and i lost count after like 30 licks but yes i have tried. lol.

to tell u the truth yeah! I have its around 300-350 (just LICKING it not puttin the sucker in your mouth)

haha yes i did try. but eventually----i got bored and broke it with my teeth. you'll be there forever trying to lick that thing to the middle.
