i weight 150 pounds i really want to LOSE weight by this summer (april) because i want to feel confortable and look good in a bathing suit!!!!! i want to lose like 15 maby 20 pounds has anyone found a good diet that works fast or even a pill that u can get a wal*mart or sumthing????

The magazine Woman's World always has great diet & exercise tips. They even give you recipes for meals and a shopping list! You can find the mag at any drugstore or supermarket.

stay away from the grocery store stuff, get some professinal nutritiional weight loss and free coaching, if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

There is really no magic pill for weight loss. However, you may try eating a variety of fruits, veggies, and protein. This worked for me when I needed to lose 10 pounds. Eat small portions. Oatmeal in the am with fruit, for lunch eat yogurt and a granola bar or a power protein bar, dinner chicken with rice and veggies or a healthy choice TV dinner. The healthy choice dinners are just the right serving size for your needs. Also, exercise daily, even if it is only a walk it will help as long as you stick to it everyday. Hope this helps.

Im in exactly the same boat only 10lbs more and want to lose 25lbs in all Im eating 2 slimfast meals(bars) and 1 meal a day (600) cal anything you want 1 snack or desert up to 200 cal. This will give you the minimum you require along with apple cider vinegar pills with each meal (they can be bought at walmarts or pharmacies they are natural and burn the sugar/blood and fat YEAH) plus my dads a doc and said this is healthy. Also 60-80 minutes a day cardio taking one day off a week.

How tall are you first, that needs to be taken into consideration of how much weight you should or shouldn't lose.

I wouldn't suggest using a pill, not without talking to your doctor. It's safer if you do it the old fashion way of eating right and working out.

Dieting is very simple at no cost to you, but you must have strict disciplined mind and heart to loose weight. Stick to eating only half of whatever you eat everyday, drink plenty of water, AND start walking, not strolling, for at least 30 minutes everyday.

Go to sparkpeople.com. I use this site a lot for weight loss tips and diet suggestions. It is free and really cool. I swear I get nothing from them by telling you to go there.
