This looks daunting at first sight because you have been asked to write an accurate script. You might be led to suppose that it needs to be factual and as much like the sort of forecast one could see any night on the tv. These are almost always devoid of any humour in order to get detailed information to the public in a very short time without wasting a word. My suggestion to overcome this impasse is to follow the advice of the other contributors to Answers and watch as many weather forecasts as you can in order to compose a literal script which you can present as the first part of your essay. The rest of the essay would then relate the same script but read as if the presenter had several too many drinks during his/her lunch break. The resultant mangling of the words should give your imagination plenty of scope for humour while you will have fulfilled the requirement for accuracy. Best of Luck, Mick

If this is not homework (or is it, I cannot tell from your question which is rather difficult to understand), then I wouldn't bother. If it is homework, then I really can't tell you because you either are creative or you're not. No one can help you to be creative. Watch the weatherman (or woman) on the news and see if you can pick up something from them.
