I can't find a spanish equivalent for the word "still"

There are at least two words for "still" in Spanish, and they are "todavía" and "aún."

So the translation of "Much of the world still believes..." is "La mayoría del mundo cree todavía (aún)..."

Muchos (as in "many people") en el mundo aun (still) creen...

When you guys translate "much" as "mucho" in this sentence, it sounds a literal translation, we don't say "Mucho del mundo" to refer to people, it is not correct!!

still it word is like french estar o mantenerse all depent what are you talking about if you want translate you need to used diccionary for some words and replase what it is about...
and altavista it is one the best translaters for ideas
