Either something in your diet or lotions your using such as sun screen (this leaves "rings around (my) collar"

Are you using self tanning lotions they sell at drug stores? Maybe its coming off when you sweat.

Are you taking a drug called Rifampin? If so, that is why, and it is completely normal.
