I recently cut one side of my hair off. I got it cut about two months ago right now the short side is just past my chin. I really want it to grow to my shoulders. I'm guessing that this would be about three to four inches, does anyone know how long this would take?

The average growth is around 1/2 inch a month. It will take approximately 6 months for your hair to grow 3 inches.

You can try using vitamin E gel capsules. This is supposed to encourage nail and hair growth and may speed things up a bit.

If you have alot of split ends, your hair will break off almost as fast as it grows, so make sure you get it trimmed slightly if the ends get bad.

if you are really taking care of your hair and eating right and excercising and all that, your hair usually grows at a rate of 1 1/2 inches per month. So it could take like 2-3 months but most likely more than that

yeah it relatively relies upon on the guy...on a similar time because it takes the traditional individual a million month to enhance a million/2 an inch, it varies with the definitely guy or woman. Mine grows possibly 3/4 to an inch a month, depending on my food plan (no longer asserting that ingredients should help in making your hair improve, yet a damaging food plan makes it extra durable for healthful hair to enhance)

the average person's hair grows 1/2 inch per month, so in 3 inches, it would be about 6 months. however, some people's hair grows faster or slower. mine grows about 1 inch per month. everyone is different. eating protein and calcium will help the growth though.
