how would i cut my own bangs i want side swept?

okay i do this myself.
soo part your gonna be bangs to which side you want, and however far over you want.
and then either you can do this or someone can help you cut them at an angle to the length you want...and that's it really. it's not hard at all

I do this a lot and it really does save money since hair salons want an arm and a leg for a simple haircut.

I just make sure my hair is wet, comb it to the side, and snip away. Its better to snip them too long at first, since going too short means you need to cut them all short or have a weird haircut.

figure out the longest u want ur bangs to be (below ur eye, cheek, nose, etc.) then cut at a diagonal from there. overmeasure and cut it long first, then cut to ur desired length. like u were saying, just save urself a few bucks and do it urself.

since you are going for a specific style, you may want to just go to a salon, that way you dont mess it up. bangs are hard to cut, and if you mess up, its really obvious.

however if you are confident enough, comb them over while wet at the part you want combed over. take the scissors and kind of cut like, straight into them like, so that they arent all one length. make them jagged so that when they dry out, they look layered.

like i said, this is really hard to do, please go to a salon, if you do it incorrectly, it will be hard to fix.
