im 6'2 235lbs.

Im going to guess im around 30% body fat.

I wear a 36 inch waist when I weat jeans, but my belly hangs over alot, and im really jiggly throughout my stomach, hips, wasit, legs, chest.

I want to maybe I dont know be around 16% body fat.

I been doing cardio in the morning for about 1 hour, then again at night for another hour.

What things should I eat?

What should I avoid?

How long will this take?

What else shoud I do?

that's a lot of cardio, how about increasing muscle mass, and doing less cardio.

Reduce calorie intake, and start eating more low-fat, high protein meals. Try breaking your meals down into about 6-7 small meals you eat every 2-3 hours. Take in about 0.5-0.75 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Only do about 30 minutes of cardio a day, and start hitting the weights.
