I wouldn't suggest hooking up with a coworker. If it works, it works but if it doesn't it can make the workplace quite awkward.

Just take it slow and legal! She might just be there because she wants to work and make money, and doesn't want to hurt your feelings by acting cold.
Also remember that if things go sour and she ends up hating you, then you have to work with her every night from then on... probably not the most comfortable of situations.
Personally I'd never hook up with someone at work, but that's my own opinion from experience.

i really do not think you should pursue this. its so hard to be with a co-worker. think about if you guys break up? than u have to see each other at work. maybe invite not only her, but other people from her work to go out.

From experience I have found that when it doesn't work out that it is awkward, when you have to see this person everyday. The workplace is not for personal relationships it's to go to work.
