What should i do if me and one of my best friends like eachother?

It could be awkward if we went out, and then if we didnt end up friends in the end id be really sad. is it worth taking the chance? But i really like him.

That happened to me twice and we broke up and i'm still best friends with both of them

yes if u 2 like each other go out
don't worry if it is weird
just try it and if it doesn't work out u can just go back and laugh about it
