Do not try to fix this yourself, I suggest you go straight to the hair salon and ask them how it can be fixed, you dont want to runt eh risk of damaging your hair any worse or even loosing it, your best bet is to talk to a professional!

Yes, happened to me . Go to a beauty supply store and ask for
a product that removes all the color from hair. I had a bottle but i'am
sorry I forgot the name. After applying the color remover you can then color your hair the shade you want. Don't listen to the people that are going to tell you to put ANOTHER SHADE ON TOP because you could really get into trouble then!
You could also ask a beautician or call the number on the product
you used. If you threw it out, go to where you purchased it and write down the number off the package.

Use a darker color on it that is not "golden". For example, don't use golden brown or golden blonde. Also, I've had bad experiences with using "ash" color on top of another color because it ended up a weird gray/purple. You could also have blonde highlights put into your hair which will eliminate some of the orange color and make it look even. I've had to do this before - I have the same hair color you do. Good luck.

That happened to my daughter. She has very long thick hair (at the time). Redoing it with the same color fixed it for her. Appearently one bottle did not provide enough coverage for her. I'd reccommend going to a salon and having it streaked in several shades so you don't end up with dark roots as it grow out.

did you leave it on for long enough? any way i wouldnt risk dying it again with a blonde, its just too harsh , either leave it for a couple of weeks, then redo it or slap a darker coulour on for now, and maybe pull some highlights through at a later date if you like the lighter look , happy hair

Go to a professional, and make sure you ask if you need to wait, cuz you don't want to burn your hair.... be glad that it didn't turn green lol it happens
ps if you want to change your hair color slightly for a cheap price and not ruin it you might want to try coloring shampoos
They work great!
