My dermatologist recommends using Dove soap to wash your face, blot dry. Try not using any kind of cream for about three days-the Dove might be all the moisturizer you need. If you find that your face feels dry then use Cetaphil lotion or the pump bottle of Noxzema(the jar has a different formulation)

Cetaphil lotion for sensitive skin or the equivalent Wal-Mart brand, which is called "Equate" for sensitive skin. It comes in a pump and it's label is aqua and white. It's what I use every day before I put on my make-up. It's not greasy and it doesn't break out your face. Believe me...I've tried it all and this works best for me.
