have food 6 times with about 300 calories each time you eat day and come up with a one a day work out with push ups squats situps and a little jog and keep up with the exersises

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

wow your answer is so funny JOHN LOL well anyways hey girl im in the same position as you but im shorter
i am 411-5 ft and i am exactly 120 just like you are and my body looks a bit over being slim, like by 2 percent lol
and i used to be slimmer and im working on loosing a lil weight too , well i have a suggestion if you have IO(Optimum online cable, also know as ok cable from the commercials), then go to MAG RACK they have free videos there and a nice section for work out videos and they are all FREE and its fun lol lots of them there they even have belly dancing exerciseS~!! i hope this helps

Your weight and height sound very healthy to me. I would suggesting working out but still eating a good amount of food. Try to maintain your weight rather then losing it.

u sound like a good size, i would love to be ur size, i used to look great as a 5'4" 132 pounder. but now im 173 and 5'4, i look horrible. like the name of this category: diet and fitness. eat healthy.

Get you a good man that loves sex and ride him daily. I am sure he wont mind and it burns alot of fat and it also will get those hips rounded off just right. The extra sleep wont hurt either. Holla
