Looks and outer appearance draw us in. Personality keeps us around.

Appearance is big right off the bat, you need to know she take care of herself from washing daily to washing her clothes, looks are some what importation, But dose she have a job? A car? Dose she drive? Looking for someone that can take care of herself takes pride in doing for herself that bigger then looks, is she a good person inside and out? Know you getting to her personality.
So I think it's all the above you have to have the full package not the best looking but the best in how you care yourself.

Its a combination of both. The looks attract us, just as a good looking guy would attract any girl. But when you find out the girl is not only good looking or cute and is easy to get along with and understand, then a relationship is created.
You just have to think to yourself, 'what attracts me to a guy' or 'what is it about a certain that I would be attracted to'. Looks, personality or both. My personal response would be both. But if I had to choose, I would take just a cutie with an easy going attitude over a hottie whos a *****.

I agree with 411 Fantasy Football, initially it is the looks (unless the pair have been very good friends and know each others personalities) and then ones personality keeps the other half around.

Looks are more important to me. Don't want a great looking girl with a crappy personality though. I am picky lol.
