First one is background blur
Second is grain
Last is B&W w/ Background blur.

The background blur done with a camera is achieved by using a spot focus. In Photoshop you can do this by selecting the area you want blurry and using the blur tool in the tool bar on the left.

Grain can be done using a grain filter. The picture looks like a fairly heavy grain and in Photoshop filters there are various levels of grain.

To get black and white just convert photo to greyscale.

The biggest problem is remembering where all the menus and tools are within photoshop. Once you get use to the program you will know where everything is. Also available are plug-ins with more special effects. Some plug-ins are free online.

For second you can try with "Film grain " - filter, I don`t think that for 1st and 3th have been used some special effect or filter.
I am not a pro. it is just my point of view, wish you good luck :-)
