any dog food they will actually eat! Chihuahuas are notoriously picky so you may have try different foods for a while (don't change to quick) to find one that the Chi will eat. My sister's Chi eats purina beneful and likes it. I adopted a Chi yesterday and he doesn't want anything right now.
