My sister got one for Christmas and she loooves it! They are pricey but according to her totally worth the investment. This girl can sleep 12 hours at a time so she knows from experience!

We have one. It's comfortable, but don't believe the salesman when they tell you that they spring back to the original shape after use. Ours had 2 permanent indentations where my wife and I sleep after maybe 4-6 months. It's also a little awkward to roll over in, because you're down in a trough. Ours is a king size with the extra thick top so it takes special bedding to fit on it. The mattress, box, and frame cost about $1800, I think. It's not cheap, but it should last a long time. If you're curious about one, but don't want to spend the big bucks yet, try to find a motel or hotel that has them, and spend a night there. It's a cheap way to find out if you'll like one.

I have had a TempurPedic pillow for four years, and I couldn't sleep on anything else now. If I could afford the bed, I would get one in a heartbeat!

I personally don't care for them. I have tried the pillows and find them to be uncomfortable. Once you sink into them they don't offer any support like regular ones due. But I would first go to the bedding store and try one to see if you will like it.
