Probably her teeth, but you might also check to make sure she doesn't have something stuck in her mouth or cheeks. You should have her checked by a Vet.

Yes, your pet should never have odors that smell bad. See the vet, could be serious.

It's most likely to be dental disease, which should probably be treated. Have your vet take a closer look.
