Anxiety is a terrible thing, you didnt say when it started or if your worried about something in particular though?? please see a dr,,, the brain is a powerful thing, and this condition left untreated, can turn into something much worse, good luck

Close ur eyes:
Imagine ur self by a lake
it is hot out side
and you are running around
you can feel the sun
and hear the butterflies....
Try a therapist
