what are they? atheists is my guess? do you know what im talking about, people who dont even bother to figure out if god is real or fake, they just live and then die.

All people are accountable to God whether they have “heard about Him” or not. The Bible tells us that God has clearly revealed Himself in nature (Romans 1:20) and in the hearts of people (Ecclesiastes 3:11). The problem is that the human race is sinful; we all reject this knowledge of God and rebel against Him (Romans 1:21-23). Apart from God's grace, God would give us over to the sinful desires of our hearts, allowing us to discover how useless and miserable life is apart from Him. This He does for those who reject Him (Romans 1:24-32).
In reality, it is not that some people have not heard about God. Rather, the problem is that they have rejected what they have heard and what is readily seen in nature. Deuteronomy 4:29 proclaims, “But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.” This verse teaches an important principle: everyone who truly seeks after God will find Him. If a person truly desires to know God, God will make Himself known.
The problem is, “there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God” (Romans 3:11). People reject the knowledge of God that is present in nature and in their own heart, and instead decide to worship a “god” of their own creation. It is foolish to debate the fairness of God sending someone to hell who never had the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Christ. People are responsible to God for what God has already revealed to them. The Bible says that people reject this knowledge, and therefore God is just in condemning them to hell.

Yes, that person would be an atheist. Anyone that doesn't believe in god(s) is an atheist, it doesn't matter whether they have heard of the concept of god or not.

That doesn't matter. What a lot of atheists do doesn't change the definition of the word.

First off I think it would be impossible to find a person who has never come across the idea of a god. Once a person is introduced with the concept of a god, I think it would be impossible for that person not to at least think about it. Atheists believe in no divine power whatsoever.
There are also agnostics who believe that ultimately there is no way to prove a god exists and there is no way to prove a god does not exist, so they go on living not thinking about the matter.

I don't know what you would call them.
I think atheists are people who take a conscious stand against God
Then there are hundreds of religions that worship nature and other things because they are looking for God but have no understanding of what they are searching for other than a deeper meaning to life. So I don't think there is any one thing you can call people in this situation

Technically Atheist in the sense that they have no Gods.
Possibly Agnostic in the meaning that they have no knowledge of God.
They could even be Ignostic because they would, if asked, request a definition of God. (Being ignorant of what such a word might mean.)

No. An atheist is one who, after serious consideration, has determined that there is no god. One who never thinks about it is a dim bulb.

Buddhists don't consider the question of God to be an issue and it doesn't seem to adversely affect them.
