im happy with my body ,i dont think im fat or anything but .im not that hungry as usual . like i use to eat breakfeast lucn and dinner and snacks and etc and now its just

break feast and dinner

but i at breakfeast at like 9 or and i dont eat dinner til like 6:30

Hi I get like this when I'm stressed & find that eating a tiny bit 2-3 hours every 2 to 3 hours works better.

So when I get up I eat a little apple sauce (maybe 1/4 cup) and then in approx 2 hours I eat a piece of toast, and in 2-3 hours I eat a banana etc.

I find that works much better.

Also, if you aren't experiencing depression or other things or if it lasts less than 3 days it is probably nothing to be super concerned about

Perhaps because of the changes you've made in your eating practices - your stomach has shrunk and does not feel it wants more food in it, then the amount you have now trained it to subsist to.

Are you taking any different medications??? that can do it,

or just make sure you are eating healthy well balanced meals.

Also, perhaps a protein shake vs. coka's or coffee. etc.


Blood work might be a good idea too.

check it out.

it may a sign of

some sort of stress..
or depression
or any other disease..
or just a minor change in lifestyle..

check ur doctor!!
