Honestly this really works....
put a dap of antibacterial hand soap on your zits...leave it a few minutes.. 2-3 then was off.. dry and put on some polysporin ointment.. it is for bacterial infections and cuts and things
keep doing this everyday.... Now if your acne is bad....like it sounds it is.. you can expect to see some peeling as the old skin sluffs away... just don't pick at it.. don't squeeze... just let it happen and it takes really no time at all for it to clear up...
acne and zits are cloged and infected hair follacles... so get rid of the infection by doing this and it does really work and fast too... and when you start to get a break out... start right away treating it like this to head it off
what kind of makeup are you wearing... if it is liquid.. you should change to a mineral makeup.. Pur Minerals or Real Minerals it is good for the skin.. does not clog pores and has a built in spf of 15

Okay, first off, take a deep breath. Stressing out can just make acne worse.
Now go into the bathroom and steam your face for a few minutes, this will open up your pores. If you have an exfoliating product at home, use it. If not, take brown sugar, honey, and milk, and mix it all together to make a thick paste. Exfoliate your skin gently. This is going to prevent future pimples. Now take some ice cubes or very cold water and run it over your face to close your pores. This will also reduce the redness in your pimples a little bit. Now take some rubbing alchohal and dip a Q-tip into it. Gently dab the rubbing alchohol onto your pimples. Leave it on, and then repeat the process (just the alchohol part) every 30 minutes. This should dry out your pimples. Also, change your pillow sheet, that might be how your pores are getting clogged. Always wash your hands if you need to touch your face. I also suggest doing a yogurt mask once a week. Take a tablespoon of yogurt and the juice of half of an orange. Mix it together and spread it onto your face. The yogurt is cooling and healing, while the orange juice is a mild acid that will cleanse your pores.
Good luck!

Try Proactiv Solution. It's not cheap, but it works amazingly well. If you still can't afford it, use something that is alchohol free and is pretty natural. Try and find something with salicylic acid. Always use oil-free makeup and don't wash your face too much, or the acne/pimles could get worse. If you have bangs, use a headband to keep them off your face. You should eat healthy foods with vitamins A, E, C, D, B, and zinc. No fried foods or candy. Drink lots of water, green tea, eat salmon, bluberries and carrots. They are very good foods that help with skin. And when you exersise, you should take a shower as soon as possible after. Try to avoid stress, and get lots of sleep. Hope your skin gets better!

I don't wear make-up, so that part isn't an issue with me. But I wash my face twice a day: in the morning in the shower and at night before I go to bed. After I wash my face at night, I get some Isopropyl alcohol (I use 91%) on a cotton ball and rub it over my face. It'll sting your nose and your eyes a little, kinda like an onion, but it works for me. Washing removes the dirt, oil and other yuckies you accumulated during the day and using warm water will help open your pores up. The alcohol then gets in your pores and kills the bacteria that causes the pimples.
Your face might be a little oily when you wake up, so just wash your face again. Hope I could help some!

three words. Homemade Face Mask.
Ingredients:
Flour
Lemon Juice
Egg Whites
Honey
Tea
Mix 1/2 cup flour, 1 egg white, a squirt of lemon, and a squirt of honey, then tear open a green tea tea bag and pour it in there and mix it up.
Its way cheap and easy to use. Just spread it on and leave it for 10 minutes. The flour dries out pimples, the lemon smoothes, the egg firms your skin, the honey softens, and the tea is an anti-oxidant. Its also very cheap, good luck!

OK!!! Totaly forget about Proactive-all it will do is take ur pimples away for a while but later leave scars. Pimples are genetic u cant do much but eat right. Pomegrantes really help. Wash your face and birth control pills are good too. But it'll give u stretch marks and make ur boobs bigger.

Always wash your hands before touching your face, also stop using make up that contains oil in it. Also if your face is that bad and even prescriptions from the doctor didn't work you need to go see a dermatologist.

I know this is going to sound crazy but i know a lot of people who do it including myself. At night after washing your face spread Vaseline all over and leave it there overnight. It'll take a few days but your skin will startclearing up. It really works (at least for me and my friends)

*Don't EVER touch your face unless you have washed your hands.
*Don't EVER sleep with your makeup on.
*Apply salylic acid before applying foundation EVERY time.
*Exfoliate dead skin cells off daily so that your pores can breathe.
(a crystal/sugar scrub works well. I use that and clear packing tape to lift of dead skin.)
*Use benzoyl peroxide after you wash your face (and hands) at nite.
*Be consistant with this routine
My skin went from horrible to flawless since I started this routine. It really works and is quite similiar to what proactive is all about.
