1. if your husband or wife and you went on a walk when all of a sudden they grabbed their chest and fell over. would you drop to your knees and pray? or would you immediately get to a phone?
I would call 911 and say a prayer in my mind.
2.would you ask the ambulance to drop him/her off at the church so god can heal them? or would you take them to a hospital where man-made medicines and machines keep them alive?
I would want them to take him to the hospital since, I believe doctors and modern medicines are a gift from God.

1. I would run to find a help/a phone and WHILE i was running I would pray.
2. I would let the ambulance take them to the hospital. God gave humans the brains and talent to make medicine so basically God gave medicine to us so that lives can be saved.
Then, after they have been taken to the hospital and recoverd, we would go to Church and thank God and pray for a full recovery. (although, we would probably not have to go to churh physically, as God is everywhere, so it doesnt matter where you are when u pray)

1. I'd pray on the way to the phone, while on the phone and while waiting for the ambulance.
2. The hospital - God gave us the knowledge to heal the body, the church is for our souls.
You don't have to read this but I think this story illustrates my answers....A town flooded. An old man was stranded on his roof. Another man came by in a boat and offered to give the man a ride. The old man said "No God will save me". 30 minutes later another man came by floating on a log and offered to help the old man. Again the old man said "No God will save me." Finally, a helicopter hovered right over the old man but again the old man refused help saying "God will save me".
When he died he asked God...:"Why didn't you save me?" God answered, "What are you talking about, I sent a boat, a log and a helicopter!"

1. I would immediately call for an ambulance, all the while
praying....
2. No, I would not tell the ambulance driver to drop him at
the church.
God gave 7 gifts. We are to use our knowledge and wisdom in a situation like this, trust in the doctors (and God) to do what they are trained to do. God gave them the gift...

1.I would yell for someone to call 911 and then I would administer CPR until help arrived.
2. I would naturally expect the ambulance drivers to do their job and take my spouse to the hospital, at which time God-created humans would take over using the skills and talents that are also God-given.
3. I would then sit in the family waiting area and pray that God lead the medical team and that His will be done in the life (or death) of my spouse. God already knows when our time is coming.

immediately get a phone and ask the ambulance to go to a hospital! God works through the hands of doctors and nurses and man-made medicine--he gave us the brains to do so...we pray that God will spare him, but we also pray for understanding that His will may be done. Hope that answers your question

Being a Christian doesn't mean you are an idiot. Yes, some extreme groups shun medicine but MOST of us don't follow that thinking.
To answer your question:
1. I would call 911 and then I would pray.
2. I would go to the hospital, then I would call my Christian friends and ask them to pray.
God has given us the wisdom to deal with things medically.

Christians will opt for the phone and hospital every time. Most are not educated or intelligent enough to confidently embrace reality, so they hedge their bets by publicly professing faith. Deep inside, they are fully aware that handling emergencies with 'faith' gets you dead every time. The adrenalin flow in an emergency situation causes the mind to instinctively make a decision based on the reality of expected results, circumventing the facade of faith.

1.)Its possible to pray without getting on your knees, so I would be praying while going to the phone.
2.) I would have them go to a hospital and pray for the docs, nurses, etc who would care for my husband, as well as my husbands condition. above all, that His will be done in the situation.
