well apaently it takes 21 days to make a good habbit stick........ maby you caould set an alarm for what ever time you like in the morning, do it for 21 days and see after that....you could add good habits then bit by bit eg go for a short jog when you get up!

For starters, don't stay up so late at night. Research has shown that every minute you sleep before midnight is equal to 4 minutes in rest anf repair time to the body. "Making up" for this missed sleep is not effective...your body cannot play catch-up with lost sleep, so if you are staying up real late and then sleeping 9 hours into teh daytime, your body is not registering it as a full, restful 9 hours of sleep....doing thsi for days on end creates a nasty, snoball effect where your body never regains lost sleep and then you start to exist in a state of perpetual fatigue. You need to train yourself to go to sleep earlier at night...if you want to watch a particular movie, record it to watch at a more normal time. Once you start doing that, you should start experiencing more enrgy as your body levels itself out. Another thing to try is to do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise in the morning when you wake up...joggin, riding a bike, following a video...this will kick start your metabolism and give yoou more energy for the day.

start slow, do some light exercise in the mornings, and force yourself to stick to a routine of getting up earlier and going to bed earlier.
