If you whish to find a spouse in Holland, you should take into account that you cannot always come and live in the Netherlands, even when you are married to a Dutch person.
You have to abide to many immigration and integration laws. Depending on your nationality you might even be forced to learn the Dutch language, before you can come to live in the Netherlands. On the other hand, if you simply want to visit the country for a period under 3 months, you will be able to do so on a (EU) tourist visa, without too much trouble.
If you are from the US, you will not have to learn the language, nor do you need to take integration classes, also you need not participate in the exam.
In any case it is advisable to contact the Dutch embassy in your country. The first website will allow you to locate the Dutch embassy or consulate nearest to you.
How to find, mr. or mss, perfect in Holland, well I don’t know about that. You could try a dating site, but is your purpose of finding a spouse purely immigration? I mean, it might be best to actually meet a person and fall in love and that sort of thing, or is that not in the equation you are making?
