I've been dating this woman for a few years, and we have a very good relationship. We both work hard and have promising professional careers. We essentially live together and are very close to each other. She knows almost everything about me except that I really, really like wearing footed pajamas at night when it's cold (yes, I know it sounds silly, but I'm serious). Although we sleep together, I only wear them when she's out of town. I've tried to give this up, but I like footed sleepers too much. Should I tell her, or just continue to keep silent about this?

yes! yes! yes! She will love this I promise you. But instead of just showing her why dont you buy her a pair so she can understand why you wear them...you never know this could become a common bond that only the two of you share. Good Luck

I think footed pajamas are really cute! I bet you feel like a teddy bear when you are wearing them(all cozy and warm and cuddly).

Just crawl in bed with her while you are wearing them, and cuddle up next to her and let her feel how sweet and teddy-bear-ish you are, she'll love it!

If transparency is essential in your relationship, then you better come out and tell her. I don't see anything wrong with wearing footed sleepwear. You have every right to be comfortable, warm, and snug if that is what you prefer. If it makes you a happy camper, then go right ahead!

you need to grow out of it. I think there is a fine lie between not enough clothes and too many. you would be closer to the too many line. I am sure your gf wouldn' dump you over pjs, but it might be one of those little things that bother her at the back of her mind. and you know what they say, the little things add up, and it's those little things that hurt a relationship.

Tell her! There is nothing to be ashamed of. My husband and I were just talking about this the other night. I would love to know where to get them for adults for me and him. We wore them as kids and they are very comforting. I don't see anything wrong with it. Hey at least your not wearing her lingerie

buy her a pair and get her hooked... make sure yours arent pink or more feminine looking than hers then go to bed together in footed sleepers and live happily ever after lol

It does sound unusual, but I can't see it being a dealbreaker for a couple who really digs each other...however I prefer my guy to be nude when we sleep together so no matter what his pj preference is, when bedtime comes I'd like us to be skin to skin.
