I usually go for a jog, have a shower then put my pj's on and snuggle in bed listening to music, read or watch tv.

The second answer hit it on the nose for me. After a stressful day, I like to take a hot bath and then sit down and either watch some of my favourite shows..i.e. lost... and then eat some cool refreshing ice cream. Damn. Think i want to do that tonight lmao x

I bought a hypnotic tape by David Knight. It was absolutely superb. I am suffering a lot of stress through illness at the moment and find it hard to relax.
