Dude...seriously. If you can't take the time to explain your position, don't expect me to interpret thousand year old religious speak.
Have you heard that album where Wilco and Billy Brag do the new Woody Guthrie songs by the way?
Palom...it's called mermaid avenue....there are two volumes....
It's incredible!
Here's the deal....
Woody Guthrie was dieing...he was a hero/father figure to Dylan. Dylan was visiting him in the hospital...and he told Dylan to go back to his house...there were dozens of lyrics he'd written that he wanted Dylan to have.
Dylan goes back to the house...lots of stuff happens...long story short...he isn't able to get the music.
Fast forward 40 years....Dylan's daughter finds the music in an attic. She decides that she wants her father's work to go to a younger generation (I think this was a great decision....I mean I love Dylan...but he's in the Icon years...not the productive years)...
She gives the music to bragg and Wilco to record together.
IT IS AMAZING work.

why do Christians respond to questions about evolution by cutting and pasting ridiculously long quotes from the bible that have nothing to do with the question? You can find quotes from many religious texts in the answers that have nothing to do with the questions.
(And to be honest, no I do not read them, I scroll down for 5 minutes and click the thumbs down button.)

A lot of people do that not just muslims. And i think its unanimous that we ALL hate that. I know i never do. Whenever somebody does that i just say something like "i'm sorry but i couldn't finish your novel, but i loved chapter one"

Im Muslim and i have never done that so dont generalize.
Do YOU think people take the time to read Biblical verses?

you don't have to read it, but others may.
we know u may not believe in the Quran, but we show verses from the Quran just to tell u what does Islam says about it from a strong sources such as the Quran.

I wish I knew why any of the religious individals post their seemingly endless quotes from the books of "truth". Maybe they think we care!

Because original analytical thought and calm discussion is beyond them. If they can't quote their book then they're lost!
