That he's "mentally" moved on although not legally, I guess. It could also mean that he's not married and is talking about an ex-girlfriend. I happen to be in that 1st case. I've moved 400 miles away from my wife who I consider my "ex-" and have been here almost 3 years. I haven't filed for a divorce yet because I can't see wasting the money for it. If and when I want to or if she wants to do it first, I won't contest it. Right now this works for me. I'm not looking for a girlfriend or another wife, so I'm cool.

No, I wouldn't use that as the only reason to question him being married..."ex" is typically used nowadays to mean one's past partner in a marriage or non-marriage...it doesn't necessarily imply he's still married...in fact, I'd never heard of anyone with this suspicion before (based on that word).

Well if not he sure has her on his mind alot. If I was you I would just kick him to the curb because he still loves her and would go back to her in a second.

This has absolutely nothing to do with provided proof ! Even if he is; you shouldn´t let your guards down until you know his financial situation !
