How did your diet change 5 months ago? What did you used to eat that you don't now or vise versa? Getting checked by a doctor is a good idea. No blood, is there? B/c that would probably mean ulcerative colitis. You most probably have a food allergy. Stop eating wheat, dairy and fruit for a week or 2. See how you feel. Add one back at a time. And another thing you may have is Irritably Bowel Syndrome. Good luck.

Five months is a long time, so I hope that you are going to the doctor. Have you made changes in your diet or lifestyle in the past five months? If so, I would go back to the foods you used to eat.
I have no idea what would cause all of the symptoms you have described, but I again stress that it is vital that you see a doctor.
You could see if they have anything about it at webmd.com, at least they might give you a clue.
Be better.

Sounds like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). But just to make sure, go see a doctor because those symptoms can be a vast array of problems.

I would suggest you tell your doctor about your diet. At my house,we usually eat a certain food on a certain day of the week, and on payday we get takeout(burgers, chinese food, mexican). It seems like you are having an allergic reaction to something you ate or drank.

If you haven't been checked out by a doctor, you SHOULD. There are many things that could cause those symptoms, but you DEFINITELY need to be tested for HIV.

i had very similar symptoms. turns out i was lactose intolerant. i would suggest finding out if you have a food allergy, cause this certainly sounds like it. could also be irritable bowl.
go to the doctor. they can do tests to find out what this is.
