when i drive back n forth to ft. worth (6 hr. drive from where i am) i will go thru the drive thrus 3 times during the whole trip and i order their caramel frapaccino lite with 1 shot of espresso. by the time i reach my brothers house i'm high as a kite lol but a warm shower calms me down. and a glass of milk. not sure why that works. and go ahead take some ibuprofin, NOT TYLENOL...tylenol has caffiene!! so it would make you no better. good luck!

Unless it's decaffeineated, you'll get nervous, jittery, have a rapid heart rate & may get an acid stomach. Caffeine is a mild amphetamine, but if you drink enough, it'll "crank" you up.
