Who do you believe is accredited as your neighbor?

Anyone who comes across our path. Note that the Samaritan was not a literal "neighbor" to the wounded man on the path but he is called a good neighbor.

Same concept as who is our brother or sister. (Gen. 20:12). If God the Father, is our father, then all mankind is our brother and/or sister.
