I should have included - one of our children is allergic to dairy so we cannot add milk (although soymilk is an option). We read all labels for the inclusion of dairy products, so recommend away and we will find one that works for us.

I have used them all and hands down krusteaz is the best used by many good restaurants.

If you use milk instead of water, the pancakes will be more nourishing. It's an easy way to add calcium to your diet, especially if you're not a dairy lover.

well you lost me with the organic...
flour is flour, (except in your case) i was going to say its all the same, but i add a little vanilla extract to my batter...
