You need to get a humidifier that will introduce moisture back into the air, use dryer sheets when drying your clothes and also you can rub a dryer sheet lightly on your hair and it will reduce the static. As for the shirts you wear are the most likely cause you can buy a anti static spray on your laundry aisle at the grocery store just spray your shirt 5 minutes before you put it on. Hope this helps.

Hello..Try Proclaim. It's a Glosser. It is much lighter than BioSilk and ooh so much cheaper. Comes in a Spray-on (fine mist) to avoid over saturation. I would guess that you have fine hair--u may have alot of it, but the hairshaft itself is fine? I would not use a grocery or what we call over the counter shampoo or conditioner for that--will just dry your hair out more and will build up on the shaft making it cakey over time. I'd recmd a shampoo for fine hair w/ tea tree oil in it and possibly a Biolage Knock off from Sally's for the conditioner!

attempt utilising a bypass away in conditioner. the purpose of conditioner is to do away with the static out of your hair and on your case i'd advise no longer just to apply conditioner once you wash your hair yet in addition spray some in - in the morning. no longer too lots regardless of the undeniable fact that or your hair will look greasy . wish that helped . xo . :]

I use a leave-in conditioner that I put on before I blow-dry. It's made by Bio Silk, and is really good about controlling static.

You can put hair spray into your brush and then brush through your hair. But, I do that and it helps a little but still has some static.

Put a dollup of conditioner in your hand, rub your hands together and run your fingers through and over your hair. This works very well.

some times if my hair is really staticy i use a very tiny bit of lotion, i rub in in my hands until i cant see it, then i just smooth it over and through my hair. but if you use too much it will make your hair greasy....so try that out and i hope it works for you!
good luck!

when you wash your hair rinse it with freezing cold water, it does something to the ions in the hair that causes frizz, and also if you straighten hair, use an ionic straightener
