Read the nutrition label on the packaging of the loaf of bread. Toast or not...it's still bread.

A person can have toast that is just regular bread with low nutrients. Other bread contains higher fiber, vitamins, grains, roughage, nutrients.

Comparison would be having a ' regular ' juice drink or a glass of healthy more pure juice.

And the brother thing . . . sorry 'bout that. I grew up with four older brothers and have a son and two daughters . . . I know what you are talking about. Yet...it is simply ' family life happening '. Frustrating at times...yet embrace the moments.

You just added some inquiries of other food items. . . So much a person chooses to answer here. I'll let you discover the answers to the other food items on your own or from another on this site. Have fun.
