If you're talking about just a normal wall that's in your home just about anyone could if they put enough energy into it. Dry Wall isn't terribly strong, and it doesn't take someone that lives or once lived in the gym to put their arm through it. However, if you're talking brick or cinder block, that would be a different story. Brick would definitely be the easiest of the two. Cinder block would be tough for even the toughest man.

One that is made of sheet rock or dry wall yes, if they didn't hit a 2 by 4. A brick wall would break their hand.
