OK Here's the story .... about a month ago i told this girl that i was in love with her things didn't work out however we're still very close i've known her for a couple o years now but recently her x boyfrnd has come crawling back she isn't seeing him ...yet...however they've spent a lot o time together these past two weekends and during that time she's has completely ignored me ...she knows im crazy about her however when she realised she's hutring me she said she wants to go out tomm and talk things out wat do i do??? i still love her and don't wanna lose her

I'm going to assume that you are relatively young.
What can you do? Well, you can't necessarily do anything about her, but you can do something about you. It's hard to give any answer, as there is infinitely more to any relationship than you can put down here. But the best thing to do is to go do what you would be doing if you weren't in love with her. Go be you full steam. Chase your dreams, and leave her alone for a while. See if she comes back. Be somewhat unavailable (meaning, don't wait by the phone for her, and don't call her back right away). Let her chase a little.
It's entirely possible she's testing you, to see if you are man enough to live without her. She may also be trying to see how you react when she's around other men. Are you jealous? Are you desperate? Women don't like desparate men.
Has she ever reciprocated your feelings, or expressed interest in you? If not, you could be up s--t creek without a paddle. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make her drink.
If she wants to go out and talk, go, but go when it's convenient for you. Buy some time, and be busy. Let her know when you can talk. Then, be understanding of her feelings. Listen to her. Remember that women's minds change frequently. Most times, what she says comes from her heart as she feels AT THE MOMENT. That doesn't guarantee that it will change in the diresction you want, but it might. If she says all that stuff about wanting to go out with someone else, say OK, and let it go. Don't argue with it. That's pointless.
Then go out, and meet new people. Date others, and have a good time. If she sees you chasing your dreams, and living your life, and dating others, maybe she'll lok at you again. And if she doesn't? Maybe you'll meet someone better.

tell her how u really feel that what she is doin really hurts but at least she noticed something is wrong and that she has ignored u but then u have to think about the fact that she did tell u that she didnt have feelings for u

Give her some room, she's playing you dude. If you keep bugging her, she's gonna lose all respect for you. Play hard to get for a change.
