Can Someone please tell me how do I know if it is a good TCA peel when I buy from E-bay?

I did a TCA peel at home for myself, got brown spots, which peeled off.There are so many sellers, that I'm confused which one is technical grade TCA, which one is a good one.
Please help!

The guy who has the highest number of positive feedbacks is the guy usually trustworthy. Read the feedbacks and if need be contact the seller before you buy it.
