Honestly, I dont think its ok for an 11 year old to be dating at all, there are certain things a pre-teen just isnt emtionally ready for, dating being one of them. Now, it doesnt matter how "mature" the 11 year old is, it is NOT ok.
Moving on, if this 11 were to date, then they should be dating someone their age. There is a big difference between an 11 and 13 year old, and the younger person just might not be ready to deal with what a 13 old may want.

In my humble opinion, those ages are much to early to start dating. There is so many other things an 11 and 13 year old can and should be interested in. There is still plenty of time to learn social skills and dating etiquette much later on. The emotional and developmental levels of a 11 and 13 year old are not ready for the intensity that dating brings. Hold off for a while.

No, neither one should be dating yet! Going to a movie, skating, bowling or whatever with a group of friends would be ok. But not one on one dating, they are both to young!! And I don't care how mature one may act, that doesn't change the fact that they are still just 11 & 13. Why do you think so many kids are having babies~because they are mature? No because they aren't!!!

No. Both are too young to be dating.
Go skating with a group of people. Go to the movies with friends.
But don't do these activities or any others alone.

I'm 13... and I think it'd be just wrong.... like a 5th grader and a 7th grader... or a 6th and 8th..... I wouldn't even date most 7th graders (sept this one cuz he's a friend)
