It is an expression, like:
"GOD WHERE ARE YOUR BRAINS'
"GOD CAN'T YOU DO ANYTHING RIGHT"

There are just sayings that people use.. The one you are stating just means { "ARE YOU STILL IN THE BATHROOM" } God has nothing to do with it....
